Established in 1981, SUNWARD specializes in brushes. From car washes to industrial use, we propose and develop the optimum product to suit individual customer needs.

製造しているブラシは洗車機の製造シェア２５％以上を占めています。

洗車ブラシの素材について製品ごとに特許を取得し、製品の提案をしています。

多品種小ロットを得意とし、製品の９０％はオリジナル製品で、「他社がまねできない製品」を顧客に提供しています。

洗車ブラシを改良して作った帯電防止剤入り高発泡ブラシは、バンパーを成形した後の塗装前段階に付着するほこりを除去する目的で開発し、大手自動車メーカーの各工場に納品されています。

Our acquired expertise allows us to produce small quantities of many different models, 90% of which are our proprietary products that cannot be matched by our competitors.

Our antistatic highly foamed brush, which was developed to remove dust on bumper moldings before the painting process, is used at plants of major automotive manufacturers.
